1) Tell us a little bit about yourself, your hobbies and background.

I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am currently the City Representative of the San Francisco Fan Force, as well as an active member of the Rebel Legion and the 501st Legion. When I'm not in that galaxy far, far away, however, I like to watch TV, movies, and listen to music. My friends say that I have a so-so sense of humor. ;)

2) How long have you been costuming? What kinds of experiences have you had?

My first Star Wars costume was a Luke ROTJ, which I had done right before Celebration I and the premiere of Episode I in 1999. But before that, I had other costumes, like The Riddler from Batman Forever, Robin (Tim Drake version) and Darkman. Other Star Wars costumes I have are an Anakin AOTC (my third version), and a TIE Fighter pilot. I hope to someday finish an Anakin ROTS and a stormtrooper.

3) What's your earliest memory of seeing the Star Wars movies?

Seeing the trailer on TV in May, 1977 - I was hooked instantly, and have never looked back!

4) When did you get your first Jedi/Anakin Costume and what made you chose it?

I began my Luke in 1999 because as a kid I identified with that character; and Anakin is who I identify with more as an adult.

5) What is your favorite memory of appearing as Anakin Skywalker?

There have been many, mostly seeing kids' faces light up when they see me, even though I look nothing like Hayden Christensen, which says a lot of how powerful and touching George Lucas' stories are. A close second is meeting my fellow SOTS members at CIV!

6) Any final words?

Don't be afraid of your inner geek - embrace it! Metaphors be with you! ;)
